Orders
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Email us right away at jj@journeyjournalofficial.com with your order number and the correct address. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. Once shipped, we can’t make changes.
Shipping
How long will it take to get my order?
Processing takes 2–3 business days. After that, shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet, but we’re working on it! Be sure to join our email list to get updates when international shipping becomes available.

Are your journals handmade?
Yes! Each journal is thoughtfully handmade with love and care.
Can I request a custom design?
At this time, we do not offer custom orders, but stay tuned! We’re hoping to introduce personalization options in the future.
Issues
What if my journal arrives damaged?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery at jj@journeyjournalofficial.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll issue a replacement or refund depending on the issue.
