Return & Refund Policy

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your journal arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we’ll make it right.

To request a replacement or refund, email us at JJ@Journeyjournalofficial.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll review it and offer a refund or replacement if eligible. Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear in your account.

Please Note:
All journals are handmade and coil-bound individually. Slight bending in the metal coils or some resistance when folding the journal from the back is considered normal and not a defect. These minor imperfections do not affect function and are not eligible for return or refund.


Lost Packages

If your tracking says “delivered” but your package is missing, please contact your local carrier first. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
